  2. CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE

  5. Lawrence Landlord, referred to as LANDLORD, Terrence T. Tenant,
  6. referred to as TENANT, and  Archibald Assignee, referred to as
  7. ASSIGNEE, agree: 
  8.  
  9. That LANDLORD and TENANT entered into a lease on September 10,
  10. 1993 for  premised described as: 
  11.  
  12. Unit 100, Building 200, 1234 56th Avenue, Attapulgus, Georgia 
  13. and that the lease requires consent of the LANDLORD to assignment 
  14. by TENANT of the lease. 
  15.  
  16. The LANDLORD hereby consents to the assignment of the lease by 
  17. TENANT to ASSIGNEE. 
  18.  
  19. TENANT, upon such assumption, shall be discharged from any 
  20. further obligations under the lease.

  24. That in all other respects the lease is ratified, and the terms 
  25. and conditions of the occupation of ASSIGNEE shall be the same as 
  26. those of the original lease.
